What’s important to us:
We value a friendly interaction with each other very much. A good and relaxed atmosphere, trusting and reliable cooperation as well as a familiar environment characterize us. Our claim is #timewithfriends. This is our ambition – in dealing with our guests, but also in the team. An open, friendly attitude and the joy of dealing with people is very important to us.
In March 2017 we opened the freistil.restaurant and also run our boutiquehotel since 2021. We cook modern-regional and traditional dishes and make a point of using high-quality products. Together we are working to further expand our brand, for example at food events and caterings. Meanwhile, we have been awarded a plate by Michelin and 5 pans by Gusto and are in the Slow Food Guide. High quality and professionalism is very important to us – as well in the products used as in the service with the guest. But for us this does not mean pretending. It is important for us that the atmosphere for our guests and us as a team is relaxed and authentic, although the pace is high.
Since we are a small team, we don’t think in departments. This means, of course, that everyone has their own focus. However, it should not be a problem for the service department to sometimes start a dishwasher with dishes or to help prepare “greetings from the kitchen”. Conversely, the kitchen helps when there is a fire in the service department and it needs help.
You are also welcome to come in and work with us for a few days on a try-out basis!
